A Little Fun, A Little Nap...As my muse and my love of art is slowly returning to me, today I decided to post some of the gesture and figure drawings I've created in my Advanced Life Drawing Class. The Quarter ended just last week, and while going through some of the work that I'm setting aside for future Portfolio works, I thought it would be a good idea to post some of the better works here to show what could be expected from some Life Drawing Courses, but also to leave it open for others' feedback.
I've posted quite a few in the scraps, and once I've finished cleaning out my Life Drawing bag, I may be posting a few more there too. I've also posted my two best in my gallery, as I will be trying to redraw those exact poses into more exciting artworks. I may or may not be editing the two so that minors are able to view the works.
I just wanted to say that althought I am NOT looking forward to next quarter (Due to some general education classes that I do not agree with), I will be looking forward to sitting down and actually sketching, drawing, and even trying out my new digital program.
Just one more thing: I may have confused two of the terms within my gallery. (Gesture drawing and Figure drawing.) I will be editing the terms later, but for right now, DA seems to be having problems letting me do anything. (Stupid Maintenance.)
